Project Development & Custom Manufacture
Trico's R&D team has earned rich experience through lab synthesis, kilo lab synthesis, pilot and commercialization manufacture for years.
Owning our own synthesis labs, kilo labs, pilot and full commercialization manufacturing facilities, Trico can offer a variety of services and has established pleasant collaborative relationship with its customers on various forms:
 -If you need us to synthesize your product, we can repeat your process accurately or if you choose, we can help to improve and optimize your processes or develop new process technologies for implementation in our manufacturing facilities in Dalian, China. Initially, a Secrecy Agreement will be signed by your company and Trico. Secondly, our lab will provide small-scale sample for your evaluation.
-If the result of evaluation is positive, and you need to have an increased sample amount, our kilo lab and pilot plant can provide kgs to MTs product. Then based on your specific requirements for the commercialization of the target product, we will conduct a feasibility research on the commercialization of the targeted product. 
-If the result shows that we are fully compliant with your technical and EHS requirements on the way towards metric ton and commercial scale quantities, further study will be carried out until we reach a Custom Manufacture Agreement. When all these elements are in place we will commence with commercial production after you are satisfied with the final process and our EHS practice.
