Production
Trico's manufacturing site is equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art chemical process and manufacturing equipments, including stainless steel, Hastelloy, and glass-lined vessels. Short path distiller, thin film evaporator, centrifuge, filter, vacuum dryer and other supportive equipment. The plant also has the capability to run reactions at extreme conditions such as temperature up to 300≧ and pressure up to 40 MPa.
Quality Assurance
We have built quality management system according to the requirement of ISO9000. Our QC center, fully equipped with the latest instruments, has the ability to conduct quantitative analysis to the ingredients which are more than 0.1% proportion in the sample and carry out the total analysis for the new compound. The center is also responsible for developing the new analytical procedures for raw material testing,such as HP6890GC,Agilent1100LC,defining the final product specifications, in process quality control as well as final product analysis..
Environment, Health & Safety
Trico has built HSE management system and effective operation instruction, which have been audited by several multinational companies.
Trico recognize the safety training and inspection, and we have installed the state of-the-art monitoring and control system. Furthermore, We also implement HazOp analysis to assure the manufacture safety at process design stage.
Trico owns a state-of-the-art biological waste water treatment facility with a daily disposal capacity of 500 t. We have also installed alarm systems for toxic gases, inflammable gases, smog and temperature as well as a network for fire emergency. Trico is constantly developing more environment friendly process routes to ensure our manufacturing practice is meeting the international standards in environment, health and safety. |
